Вечный календарь Эдвардса разбит на четыре 3-месячных квартала. Каждая неделя и каждый
квартал начинаются с понедельника, что весьма выгодно для бизнеса.
Первые два месяца каждого квартала содержат по 30 дней, а последний — 31.
Между 31 декабря и 1 января располагается праздник — День нового года, а раз в 4 года между
31 июня и 1 июля появляется День високосного года.
Приятной особенностью Вечного календаря является то, что пятница в нем никогда не попадает
на 13-е число. Несколько раз в Палату представителей США даже вносили законопроект
об официальном переходе на этот календарь.

hi example thematic group? what doese this stand for? I am interested in how much social housing is going to be built,and if not ,doese this meen that the private sector will provide housing by renting off the properties that are empty. or will the councill buy up these properties and rent them to people on the waiting list? I would like my questions to be debated by snag, and perhaps then there might be a conclusion on where the councill is going to with housing. I feel we are going round in circles.I find it difficult to imagine that we can improve the enviroment without the infastructure of housing. Every piece of land is sold to the private sector for affordable housing, However our young people carnt afford the rents. in magority of cases they are unable to get morgages I feel that the councill and people involved in housing have (a duty of care ) to develope decent housing and affordale rents. We are now in a position where our young people are forced to live with parents unable to live a free life. I no wonder they find solice in bindge drinking they have no outonomy over there lives and no interest inthe city councill who have decieded to forget about them in favour of money I think they call it greed.
