Section 106 Agreement Information Session
A useful tool in delivering high quality developments is the Section 106 Agreement which should be agreed prior to an application being considered by the Planning Committee. These can act in placing restrictions on the developers, often requiring them to minimise the impact on the local community and to carry out tasks, which will provide community benefits. North West Planning Aid2 are holding a workshop on S106 in mid April at Friends Meeting House in Manchester and will be appropriate for community groups and tenants & residents groups, active community volunteers and local development support workers.
